Plans can be sent by e-mail or by using FTP (File Transfer Protocol). FTP is a good transfer method especially if you are sending or receiving multiple files. You will need a FTP client program such as WS_FTP (retail program) which can be obtained from www.ipswitch.com Please use WINZIP to compress any large file(s) before sending. If you are not familiar with compressing files please see our WINZIP Tutorial.

1. WS_FTP Settings:

Profile Name: title24online
Host Name: www.title24online.com
Host Type: Select Automatic detect
User ID: title24online
Password: public

2. How to Transfer:

After connecting to our FTP site using the above settings, select the file(s) you wish to send from the Local System window on the left. Use the Ctrl key to select multiple files.Click the right arrow button to send the file(s) to Title 24 Online.Click the Close button at the bottom of the FTP screen to end the session.
